Location Disabled

When I click on Find My Device it constantly tells me that Location Services are disabled on my laptop. However, when I go into my setting the Location Settings are switched On. I am really confused and don't know how to solve this issue. It tells me to go into my Settings app and turn on Location settings. But I have checked and they are switched on.
