When attempting to execute the VMware Workstation Pro installer I received an error message for Microsoft Visual C++ 2022, which I will include below. I attempted to install a new version from Microsoft's website, which also had the same issue preventing me from installing the software.Gerald, who was my Microsoft associate took over my machine.
