How do I recover photos lost during import from iphone to pc. Deleted on my phone as well

I was importing all my pictures and videos from my iphone to my pc with windows 11 and I tapped delete all and they all started deleting from both my phone and pc. I looked in the recycling bin and there was nothing there either.
