I have had numerous attempts at updating windows 10. however no luck yet.

Numerous attempts to update window 10, no luck though. I have tried using USB for external storage which has 35GB available space, which has now been scanned and cleared working. Still no luck and have received the following Error codes: 0x800704D3 - 0x800704C7 together, then - 0x80070005, and lastly -( 0x8007016A - The cloud file provider is not running) after trying to move my pictures folder to the USB. Can anyone please help,??,
