Why does the windows installer popup always appear when I turn on my windows 11 hp laptop?

Everytime I turn on my windows 11 laptop this always appears. I've searched it up on youtube and I've gone in my files and added msciexe thing which didn't help at all. I haven't been able to figure this out so I would really appreciate if someone could help me figure this out so I don't have to see this message everytime I turn on my laptop.
