Internet or Data usage not showing up at all in widows 10

Hi there,I tryed network troubleshooter but din't work, also tryed updates but noting problem still there, I cannot see the internet or data usage informations, I'm using windows 10 and is 64-bit , please can someone help here on what to do here Thank you.
