I’ve been having an issue with my PC running slowly and the disk usage being stuck at 100% or randomly spiking when no programs are running.This is a brand new hard drive, with a brand new installation of windows. I’ve scanned for viruses and nothing has shown up. My CPU and Memory usage is very steady and not spiking or running high. My computer is also not overheating. The only issue is the hard drive running high or spiking.Could this be indicative of a fault with another component in the pc?Thanks
