Windows 10 x64 PC on Dell XPS8900I would like to run a USB troubleshooting tool to diagnose problems I intermittently have with delays when printing to HP Officejet Pro 9025e. Also, having unexplained occasional hardware errors that make USB connected mouse and keyboard appear to freeze up, leading to shut down using physical power button on PC.Repeated running of Dell diagnostic tools can't seem to find a hardware problem anywhere in the system.Reinstalls of printer drivers and apps don't fix the problem either.Printing via WiFi seems to work without problem.Common denominator appears to be
