i am downloading my software but i cannot see install button in PANNEL i am facing this same problem in every software

this is happening with every software even after refreshing and restarting my pc Nothing worked after clicking on SETUP.EXE it setups everything then in INSTALLATION PANNEL i cant see INSTALL button it is like meanss....how can i explain that lol pls see the inserted image
