Why does my verification code get sent to a random email like this one *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I try to log into my Microsoft account on Windows but it says the verification code was sent to a random email. And there is no another way button. And when I try to sign in the microsoft website it says microsoft account does not exist when it does and I put the right info.
