Windows 10 is not getting installed. it starts loading but suddenly after the windows logo a blank screen appears

Can't able to install windows 10 form bootable pen drive. Once the installation starts I can see the Microsoft windows logo but after few seconds the logo disappears and the blank screen comes up. And I can't go any where like our stucked. Also when I am turning on my computer normally it shows Error: 0xc000000f and says computer needs to be repaired. And even I can't go in recovery
