I reset my son's windows 10 on his PC, but now I'm unable to complete the setup process as both my mouse and my keyboard are not working (they are both wired) so I am just stuck on the choose region screen. I was able to get to Recovery screen.. but am unable to select any options as keyboard and mouse still not working. I am able to get in to bios using keyboard.. but it seems they both stop working once the windows icon shows on screen.. I have tried:unplugging all USBs restarting. And plugging in again and have gone in to bios and disabled USB legacy support and nothing is working. Does any
