I tried resetting my windows 10 laptop because it was working really slow so i thought of resetting it. I chose to keep my files and chose the cloud download option for resetting it. Everything was well until resetting reached 74 percent, it was stuck at 74 percent for hours so as i read in a thread the solution was a hard shut down. After performing a hard shut down and restarting the laptop i was stuck on a screen with dell logo and preparing written below it. Again i performed a force shut down.
