I purchased more cloud storage but got Office instead. How do I correct this?

Hello,A window popped up a few days ago in an email that offered more storage for $19. I clicked on it and agreed to the purchase. Instead of getting the storage, I received Office, which I do not need nor want.How do I reverse this transaction.Thank you,Roberta *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
