BenQ RL2240H - Windows 11 - Stuck on 1024x768 Res.

I have 2 monitors, one of them is shows only 2 resolotions. The one i mentioned is 1920x1080 however, its only running on 1024x768, I could not solved the problem.I have used 3 different HDMIs, This is fresh install Windows 11 (using usb disk to format)I have installed the nvidia driversI have uninstalled monitor drivers from Device Manager.none of them worked yet.
