Why cant I remove my PS4 controller from my bluetooth on Windows 11?

I recently wanted to play some games again that are better played on controller but when I trued to reconnect it just failed. Then I tried to remove the controller because I noticed there were 2 of the same device and it also says failed to remove device. Can anyone help?
