Search bar on the start bar (or Win + S) does not search for files and folders. It does return apps and programs and give search from web suggestions, but it does not return files and folders. It sometimes does, which is weird, but there hasn't been a pattern to which when it does return and when it doesn't.I tried troubleshooting but it did not return any problem, and I also modifying indexing options, but it still stays the same.Again, the problem isn't that it never returns any result but it only sometimes does.I am using Windows 11 and it is a newly bought computer so I don't think it's a
