I want to upgrade my windows version because i have not upgraded it since 2021. My version is 1809 and I tried upgrading it to 22H2, but my operating system doesn't let me. It says i need to contact the system administrator but i am the administrator and there are no other users to this PC. I have looked online trying to search for an answer or trying to ask some of my friends but they did not know what to do.
