Why does Windows always screw with my services/webview2 when it forcefully updates?

Windows 10 is an interesting OS, it works for a month or 2, after that it forcefully updates and MRT (Malicious Software Removal Tool) flags random stuff like EDGE UPDATE INSTALLER (also detected by windows defender), SPOTIFY SETUP, etc.I have restarted my pc today and i was greeted by steam telling me to install their service i thought i already had installed.Is there any way i can tell windows to shut up about updates? I dont care about net framework updates and similar, I take care of my own PC.
