Windows freezes along with the sound

So this has been happening on and off, my laptop just freezes out of nowhere and mostly doesn't crash afterwards. I've sent it into service multiple times but they always said the hardware is fine, they only added that one of the RAM sticks might cause compatibility issues or something(but they said the stick itself was not faulty).
