DISM always tries to disable my windows defender.

Whenever i turn my computer on, windows defender always gives me a notification that it found a malware, after checking through, I got this code:C:\Windows\System32\Dism.exe /online /quiet /norestart /remove-package /packagename:Windows-Defender-AppLayer-Group-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.19041.746Please, how do I stop DISM from trying to take over my PC?Thanks.
