Frequent blue screens with the stop code BAD_POOL_CALLER

This has been a problem for a couple months now. It seems to have something to do with my graphics driver (my PC is honestly not the best, so when I try to run games for longer periods of time it heats up and eventually blue screens.)After I updated my driver, I thought it had been fixed, as it stopped for a week or two. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and now the blue screen is back. I noticed that all of the blue screens would say BAD_POOL_CALLER. What can I do to fix it?
