Black screen while resetting my laptop

I got a black screen while watching a video suddenly and then I tired many ways to clear issue like trouble shoot and also tried to reset the laptop but seems the problem still exists and during reset and installation suddenly I got the black screen and I am not sure why it is happening like this and I have purchased the laptop a few days back please guide me
