My Microsoft surface pro is constantly stuck in a blue screen of death where It can't even reset on its own. I am unable to get it into trouble shooter mode. (have tried commands and the hold down the off button). When it ran out of charge I was able to and I did a hard reset with reinstalling windows through cloud with a complete clear of files and its still stuck. I am at my whites end and have no idea how elese to fix it. If it does manage to load the screen the most common stopcode is the thread unexpected one.
