don't remember how onedrive was installed on pc, didn't need it anyways, then the hotmail linked with microsoft became full storage and can't send or receive messages.unshared and unlinked onedrive, it says all cloud files will be deleted this way, but on email page it still says storage full, and when I follow the link to free up space on onedrive, it says my account is currently unavailable, sent the email to customer support, the link they sent back didn't work.so now I cannot use the hotmail because of onedrive, something I didn't ask for, don't have the use for, and won't be paying for.
