USB Modem GPS location correct but my Windows 11 is not. What can be the issue?

I have a Inseego USB modem and a MiFi modem. When I log into the 192.168.1.1 site the GPS is turned on and it provides accurate coordinates. However, when using windows 11 maps and windows location services the correct GPS location does not appear, it’s not even close. What can cause the correct location to not translate into the computer? The location services settings are correct. This issue is consistent with my Getac F110 Tablet and Panasonic Toughbook, both with Windows 11. Furthermore, the Getac tablet has a SIM slot so I added the SIM from both modems.
