Windows 11 PC wakes from sleep when PC not in use

I have a desktop PC, built by my son, running Windows 11, which has been fine. But after the two most recent updates the PC has started to wake itself from sleep when the PC is unattended. Could the updates be causing this? Obviously this wakes the illuminated keyboard and mouse as well, increasing consumption.
