I am getting the 'Cannot complete update, undoing changes' message any time it tries to update. The idea that one might just wait and the next one will fix it is busted because I can't even tell you how long this has been going on for. I have seen some of these work arounds, including the 'best advice' from Microsoft themselves. I would say they weren't working but realized they did... but the fix is to get rid of the message, i guess. I need the updates to FINISH. It gets all the way to 99% before it runs everything back.
