Microsoft Store does not open and Microsoft Photos is missing and will not install

I tried to reinstall Microsoft Photos by this suggestion and it failed:Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.Windows.Photos | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}I tried everything to reestablilsh the microsoft store.....I did a Win10 upgrade keeping the files and programs ( 2X) and that did not work either.....I could upgrade to Windows 11 but I am afraid all these Win 10 problems will follow me to Win 11.There has to be a sure fire solution to get Microsoft Store & Microsoft Photos
