Super slow wifi speed and also big lag spikes

Hello. I have a 1 gigabit wifi speed plan, and my computer only pulls 30-50mbps while my other devices (phone, ipad) pull up to 600mbps. I'm unsure of why this is happening and it's causing updates to take forever. Adding on to that, I also can get lag spikes ranging from 100ping-20,000ping. These occur at random and it's causing me great distress. Can anyone help? (WINDOWS 10)
