I tried to change permissions for my Program Files Folder and now appear some new weird entryes when looking at properties -> Security -> users

I tried to change permissions for my Program Files Folder and at that time i got some errors so i cancelled it then i got more errors. So i went again unchanged the boxed and pressed apply. Now I got some errors again but I just pressed continued till the process finalized . It seem like everything works fine but there now seems to be some new entrys at the users section and i m concerned about the stability of the system.Now I want to know what should I do. I have a system recovery point but i d not know if its necessay to do it
