How do I fix BSOD? REFMON INITIALIZATION FAILED

All I did was change the Virtual Memory in Performance options and restarted, now I cant boot into windows and Im stuck in a BSOD loop, there is no way to access even safe mode, restore points dont work, yes I opened msconfig and change the amount of boot processors, which I dont think is bad but I might've pressed something different in accident, I need to boot back without loosing data, pls help!!
