Problem with Telex Vietnamese keyboard/ Limit Character

Hi. Im on Window 10 and change language on window to Telex Vietnamese keyboard.And the problem is its seem like the characters of a word has been limited to 29. I can't input more character until i hit the Space to make a new words. Does anyone know how to fix it?Example:With VIE keyboard you can only type: 12345678912345678912345678912With ENG keyboard you freely to type: 123456789123456789123456789123456789123456789
