I didn't find the Drivers tab from the network adapter properties.

You may try to roll back the network driver and see if the problem is resolved.Press Windows + X and open the Device Manager > Expand the Network Adapter > Right-click on your network adapter and select Properties > Switch to the Driver tab > Click Roll back driver > OK.
