How Increase the Virtual Machine NIC Througput Speed

Dear Support,We have a MS Hyper Visor Role Installed on Server 2016 DC, in which VM Server 2016 STD installed on it, which shows the NIC Status 3Gbps but when we have showed the NIC Throughput through Task Manager which is 11Mbps showing and has fixed, is there any method to increase the NIC Throughput. Please see below screenshots for reference..We have other VMs which has installed on same Hyper Visor Role which showing the NIC Throughput is above 500Mbps but in this particular VM showing 11Mbps.
