I tried numerous times to change my windows sign in password and it still doesn't accept the password.

1. 4 DIGIT Pin 2. Password.Now addressing the issue, i changed that password online by signing into the Microsoft account however the password doesn't appear to be changed.It either pops up the ENTERED PASSWORD DONT MATCH or YOUR USERNAME OR PSWD IS INCORRECT. And this is going on forever now!!Hope the community can help me understand and fix this.In addition, i am also receiving a confirmation e mail on outlook that my password has been changed but it i am unable to sign in with the updated password. And if i can get some help in finding my user name, because i tried all the possible Username
