Hello so the reason i degraded is that the performance of my laptop has been really slow lately so i have degraded to windows 10 from windows 11 (using usb). Although this is a originally a windows 10 and dont meet the requirements for a windows 11, I did the usb method using rufus to upgrade to windows 11 without meeting the requirements. The features that dont work is bluetooth and probably more, I tried installing the malwarebytes too and when i try to open up the program, it says "This app can't be run on your pc" and the description says "To find a verison for your pc, check the publisher
