Hi! I opened my laptop today and all of a sudden, it won't accept my fingerprints/PIN bc there has been changes to the security on my device (not by me!). When I try and login through microsoft, it keeps showing me an old account with an old e-mail I have NO access to anymore. It won't let me change the account, and now the wrong account that it kept showing me is blocked, since I tried to put in the password too many times (I don't have it anymore). A new account probably wouldn't have helped me anyways, since the laptop thinks I still use my old account.... Can anyone help? Or do I have to
