How to reinstall windows security in windows 10 ?

have accidentally removed windows security/ windows defender. Actually, I downloaded a pirated game file which has malware due to which windows security is forcefully uninstalled or removed by itself. How to resume windows security services without losing data. I am currently using latest version of windows 10. already installing windows 10 again but the malware wiped out the windows defender again. now it showing me this message
