Windows Update attempts to install "ASUSTek Computer Inc. - Keyboard - 8/2/2019 12:00:00 AM - 12.1.0.28". The installation fails with the following code 0x8024ce13. From the web I got an indication that blocking this update could be a solution. However; Windows Update does not provide a block option. How do I prevent this repeatedly failed update from disabling my keyboard requiring me to delete an ASUS number pad driver error in Device manager and rebooting to RE-ENABLE my laptop keyboard. I have spent HOURS figuring out the cause of this problem and it appears to be windows update.Thank
