I tried connecting a speaker to my computer via Bluetooth just to for it to say it was turned off. When I tried to turn it on the toggle it wasn't anywhere, It was as if it had never been there. I checked my device manager and not a single trace of Bluetooth is there (image file failed to upload so just imagine the device manager without Bluetooth). I tried the cold restart, I couldn't remove/update the drivers because they weren't even there anymore. And I'm 100% sure I've had Bluetooth on my computer before because I'd always play songs through my computer into my speaker. The troubleshooter
