Windows update errors: Download error - 0x8000ffff and Download error - 0x80070643

The windows update "2024-06 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039299)" after finishing its install is giving me "Download error - 0x8000ffff".The windows update "2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441)" is giving me "Download error - 0x80070643".Please help.Thanks!
