Hi All,So my parents both have dementia and have been using the same all-in-one antique for around 15 years now. The thing is a bag of nails and starts with a blue account recovery screen every time. I worked out this was due to some incorrect software update years ago and managed to create a workround to get the computer to boot up to the windows login (which takes about 15 minutes - then another 30 minutes for the hard drive to sort itself out).
