Microsoft Family Safety isn't allowing a member's pc to log him in after all time limits were removed.

One of my family members are not able to access their PC (Windows 10) after time limits were removed via Microsoft Family Safety a message pops up saying out of time and nothing gets it to go away. I have tried every possible setting as the family organiser but nothing works.
