WINS Service issues

Hello all,I have installed WINS on a 2022 standart. Whatever i do WINS server status always stays in "not responding".Does anyone have any idea what it might be, or how I can solve this?PS: Yes, i need to have WINS since i have some legacy applications that still use it.
