I upgraded to 1TB yearly account. All docs going to 5GB and they should be going to 1TB

I have been trying to call and get this fixed. I have been hung up on, my PC erased, ignored, Wont call back, Lied too, All I want is my new subscription 1TB to get my documents instead of the 5GB that's one reason for upgrading. This is getting very frustrating and i'm so clos to getting a computer and starting over. Thank You!Joseph Shower407-913-5152
