Dear Microsoft, first of all my apologies for a lengthy post to solve this issue. I Have just noticed within the last week that Windows Update tries to update Realtek-SoftwareComponent 12.0.6000.1167 throws up install error code 0x80070103 repeatedly. All other updates update fine. I have done everything from a clean install using the Lenovo RUSB Media for my serial number and also tried a fresh install of window 11 23h2 same install error present even tried win 11 22H2 same issue present .
