I have tried several dongles & ended up sending them back. They pair just fine to my headset but, generally, they will only transmit or receive. This is not a good option when I can only hear my client or they can only hear me. I was provided another headset that was already paired to the dongle. That headset is not a comfortable fit & I'm seeking one that I can pair to a headset that I used to use with my mobile phone. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. & Thank youI have a Windows 10 Pro
