How do you disable Windows auto setting app priority for apps in the background to low

When you tab out of an application, it's priority (viewed in task manager) is set to low, making the app useless, and better off closed, but this can have severe consequences on apps that run in the background, like Discord, which will be unusable due to spikes in memory usage causing it to have too little memory to run, thus making using the voice chat feature nearly impossible, I want to disable this function, permanently, and if it can't be, want help installing an app to override Windows, and disable this counterproductive feature.I tried doing some online video tips, it did nothing, and l
