I Made The Mistake of Having Only 1 Account and Changed it from an Administrator Account to a User account and I want it back

So what I did was 1. Run netplwiz by clicking Windows + R 2. Double Click Administrator account 3. In the latest window there is a tab "Group Membership" and I pressed "Standard User" The problem is that every time I run as administrator it requires "To continue, enter an admin username and password" But there is no sing-in form at all My mission is to change it back to an administrator account and disable the pin password so that I don't have to sign-in again using the pin.
